Wedding photography fees

Why invest in a professional?

The thought of handing the task of documenting this one day to an enthusiastic mate could seem like a cost effective solution. I can add up, but I’m certainly no accountant, as friends are not full time wedding photographers or album designers.

It’s an exceptional responsibility producing a family heirloom. This is the single item that serves as a lifelong tribute to your day, long after the final drop of champagne has been sipped.

My main advice is to source an experienced wedding photographer who presents this as their main line of business. Read their words, digest their blogs. Non specialist photographers find album deadlines and quality control much harder when trying to spin so many plates. This website is dedicated to wedding photography, for good reason!

My wedding service includes:

1. A pre-wedding consultation and photographic shoot. This is an important relationship building exercise and an opportunity to meet prior to the big day to plan any group portraits you would like.

2. Comprehensive documentary and portrait coverage of your day.

3. For album service levels, a documentary or coffee table style album, with traditional ranges available.

4. All retouched full resolution digital files from the day on a disc with lifetime release for printing.

5. Website. A preview site to showcase the day to your friends and family.

A £300 booking fee secures your wedding date. Bookings are currently being secured for 2011 and 2012.

Fees £1,700 to £1,950. Evening studio and signing books are available for additional service fee.

Additional pricing information is provided upon availability of a requested calendar date.
