A blog, but why?

It seems to me that a weighty percentage of people photography is a matter of rapport. And that’s why we have our own blog at Breathe Pictures; to show that we’re real people. This blog has developed from being purely a commercial account of life in our photographic studio, to a more personalised journal covering the two professional passions of my career; photography and broadcasting. Whilst at the BBC I trained in photography, so these two creative arenas are close to my heart, although photography is my driving force today. ’On the Seventh Day,’ I don’t take to the golf course or pub, I clutch a handful of carefully prepared adlibs and present a Sunday morning radio show at a station close to my hometown called Reading 107FM. I love staying in touch with my creative roots and radio past, and in that I like everything to have tidy connections, my show is titled the Weekly Blog, and so indirectly links back here.
