The many sides to Thomas Croxall-Ingram
By nealejames | August 11, 2006
Our shoot at Berkshire’s Highclere Castle last week to produce an official portrait of Lord and Lady Carnarvon had to be curtailed before we got a chance to photograph the Earl’s Private Secretary, Thomas Croxall-Ingram. It had been the plan to capture his portrait too, but another busy day at the castle meant we had limited shoot time. So we returned today and it was worth a week’s wait. We’d discussed during the last shoot what it meant to be in service at Highclere, and it was following that conversation that I formed a plan to photograph Thomas in the many ‘uniforms’ of his working week.
