Richard Benyon’s exhibition portrait

MP for Newbury, Richard Benyon, sat for our Best of Newbury portrait exhibition this morning. Whatever your political persuassion, the point of this exhibition is to portray those who work, live or contribute to life in West Berkshire. Richard is undoubtedly part of life in the town. In Parliament, he is one of fourteen MPs on the influential Home Affairs Select Committee, which holds the Government to account on police powers, terrorism, immigration, the courts, drugs policy, and anti-social behaviour.
